സാധാരണ രീതിയില്‍ പണം ട്രാന്‍സാക്ഷന്‍സ്സ് നടത്തുന്നതിലുപരി അനേകം ട്രാന്‍സാക്ഷനുകള്‍ ATM വഴി ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്. ATM ട്രന്‍സാക്ഷന്‍സ്സ് നടത്തുമ്പോള്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ സൂക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ കുറച്ചു കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പറയാം.

1. പിന്‍ നമ്പര്‍ സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കുക നിങ്ങള്‍ ATM കാര്‍ഡ് മറ്റൊരാള്‍ക്കും കൊടുക്കരുത്. പിന്‍ നമ്പര്‍ കാര്‍ഡില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യരുത്. ATM ല്‍ പോയി പണം ട്രാന്‍സ്ഫര്‍ ചെയ്യുന്ന സന്ദര്‍ഭത്തില്‍ PIN നമ്പര്‍ മറ്റൊരാളുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെടാതെ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം. പെട്ടെന്ന് ഊഹിക്കാല്‍ കഴിയുന്ന നമ്പര്‍ ആക്കരുത്. 2. കാര്‍ഡ് സുരക്ഷിതമായി വയ്ക്കുക ATM ല്‍ നിന്നും കാര്‍ഡ് എടുക്കാന്‍ മറക്കരുത്. കാര്‍ഡ് ഇഷ്യു ചെയ്യുന്ന ബാങ്കില്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. എന്നാല്‍ ട്രാന്‍സാക്ഷന്‍സ്സ് നടത്തുമ്പോള്‍ SMS അലെര്‍ട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അക്കൗണ്ടില്‍ ഏതെങ്കിലൂം അനധികൃത കാര്‍ഡ് ഇടപാട് നടന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ ഉടനടി കാര്‍ഡ് ഇഷ്യു ചെയ്ത് ബാങ്കില്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. 3. സംശയകരമായ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ATM ല്‍ സംശയകരമായ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. ഇത് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ്. ഇങ്ങനെ എന്തെങ്കിലും കണ്ടാല്‍ എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്നു തന്നെ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഗാര്‍ഡിനേയോ, ബാങ്കിലോ വിവരം അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ATM ഓപ്പറേറ്റിങ് സഹായം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന അപരിചിതരെ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. നിങ്ങള്‍ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട ഒരു കാര്യം എന്തെന്നാല്‍ ഒരിക്കലും കാര്‍ഡ് വിവരങ്ങളോ PIN നമ്പറോ ഫോണില്‍ കൂടിയോ ഈ മെയില്‍ വഴിയോ ബാങ്കുകാര്‍ ചോദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

EPFO അടുത്തിടെ UAN രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക് പുതിയ PF പിന്‍ വലിക്കല്‍ ഫോം പുറത്തിറക്കി. അതിനാല്‍ PF തുക നിങ്ങളുടെ അക്കൗണ്ടില്‍ നേരിട്ട് ക്രഡിറ്റ് ആകുന്നതാണ്.

ഇതില്‍ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ട പ്രധാന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ പറയാം. 1. അടിസ്ഥാന രേഖകള്‍ (പേര്, ജനന തീയതി, മെമ്പര്‍ ID, അച്ഛന്റെ പേര്) എന്നിവ EPF രേഖകളുമായി പൊരുത്തം ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. 2. ക്ലെയിം ഫോമിന്റ കൂടെ ID രേഖകള്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയ ജോയിന്റ് റിക്വസ്റ്റ് ലെറ്റര്‍ ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. 3. തൊഴിലുടമ എല്ലാ രേഖകളും അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. 4. ബാങ്ക് പാസ് ബുക്ക് കോപ്പിയും കാന്‍സല്‍ ചെയ്ത ചെക്കും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. 5. ഇന്‍ ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ആണെങ്കില്‍ കാലതാമസം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്ന കത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കണം. 6. PAN കാര്‍ഡ് ഫോട്ടോ കോപ്പി, ഫോം 15G/15H ഹാജരാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തണം. 7. ക്ലെയിം ഫോമില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടോ എന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തണം. 8. ക്ലെയിം ഫോമില്‍ UAN നമ്പര്‍ എഴുതണം. 9. ക്ലെയിം ഫോമിലെ തിരുത്തലുകള്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ് അത് അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്‌തോ എന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക. 10. EPFO ഫോമില്‍ മൊബൈല്‍ നമ്പര്‍ എഴുതാന്‍ മറക്കരുത്.
